While generating API key for python, I got server error(400)

    What you experienced is a known issue, which has been previously reported by another client and which is being worked on. To keep track I have opened service case 06763156 on your behalf with Thomson Reuters Helpdesk.     Yes, @Alex Putkov. provided an answer below that this is a known issue with some additional information for you.

  • Here this is the additional result investigation:

    Issue was caused by a limitation of 50 characters for the APPKEY ID that consists of Company Name + App Name.

    Development has fixed the issue.
